ONE DOLLAR FOR THE ARTS
SCHOLARSHIP FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN
We at are happy to announce that in the month of July, the winners of our scholarship audition Zaloa Fabbrini 15 of Florence and Gloriana Pilato 18 of Torino, were here in Canada to study at Canada's National Ballet School. Our scholarship paid for their return trips from Italy to Canada, room and board for their visit, and their dance classes. During the visit, Zaloa Fabbrini was accepted into the professional program at Canada's National Ballet School. She began her studies here this September. In addition, Gloriana was offered an apprenticeship for the Ballet Company. Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, the dream of these two young artists has begun to take shape.
In the month of September 2005, a group of young Canadian dance students travelled to Italy on our Foreign Exchange Program. They receive hotel, meals and four classes a day FREE with International Dance Masters, all thanks to the generosity of our private donors.
Starting on September 1st, 2005, Vancliffen Arts Foundation launched the "ONE DOLLAR FOR THE ARTS" Scholarship Fundraising Campaign. Your continued support would be greatly appreciated. You might be thinking, "What can my dollar do?" One dollar added to another and then added to another will permit this scholarship program for young artists from around the world to flourish.
